These terms govern your use of Prontoware Games, operated by PRONTOWARE OÜ (Reg. No. 17578967), Tornimäe tn 7, 10145, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Prontoware Games is a trading name of PRONTOWARE OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under number 17578967. PRONTOWARE OÜ is the seller and Merchant of Record for every order.

2. Digital products

We sell digital game keys and codes. Each product page states the platform, edition and activation region before purchase. Keys are delivered by email and to your account library.

3. Payment & pricing

Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT and we charge no additional processing fees (service fee: 0%). Payment is taken at checkout by card or from your wallet balance.

4. Delivery

Keys are delivered under 60 seconds in most cases. Pre-ordered keys are delivered when the title unlocks.

5. Refunds

Unrevealed keys can be refunded within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
